Skilled Trades Ontario represents 144 skilled trades across the province and required a visual identity that could reflect that scope and diversity. The challenge was to create a cohesive system that could unify a wide range of disciplines.

The project involved developing a full visual identity informed by stakeholder engagement, discovery workshops, and board-level input. The final logo uses a four-pillar structure, with each pillar representing a different trade and the colour variation reflecting the diversity of those fields.

The result is a flexible, scalable, and bilingual identity now used across the organization.
