Home Construction Regulatory Authority

The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) is Ontario's licensor and regulator of new home builders and vendors, and a brand new organization needed a brand to match. The work kicked off before the HCRA even opened its doors in 2021 and hasn't stopped since. From building a full visual identity from scratch, including a new logo, tagline, and brand system, to ongoing creative development across reports, plans, templates, and more, it's been a long-running creative partnership that's still going strong.

The HCRA launched with a strong visual foundation and clear brand positioning that resonated across the organization from day one. Since then, the creative support has touched pretty much everything the organization puts out, from annual reports and presentations to templates and day-to-day collateral. They even needed a flag. Not every branding project can say that.
